Balgowlah - Pre DA

Our brief for the renovation and revival of this landmark northern beaches property was to create an updated family home that would retain the majestic quality of a bygone era.  We reconfigured the internal floorplan, adding grand double-volume areas and worked with a luxurious palette of marble, brass and ebony throughout.  Vast sweeping terraces and verandas give way to a beautifully appointed pool, cabana and tennis court, all contributing to the incredible lifestyle to be enjoyed by our client.
